I am Clemens, software developer from Ulm. In my workshop I produce digital picture frames based on e-paper technology.

A few years ago, as the era of e-book readers started, I immediately had the idea that the technology could also be used for artwork installations. At that time, however, the technology with monochrome displays was not yet sophisticated enough to meet my demands for aesthetics and quality. Since then, the technology has made great progress, making it possible today to develop products like the ArtFrame.
